Are the Structures anchored in the ground?

No. The Structure can be set on a prepared foundation, a pad of crushed stone, or directly on level ground.

Structures are all built to order by Amish Craftsman in Pennsylvania.

Usually no. Every municipality and/or homeowners association has different laws and rules. Check for specific licensing issues. Keep in mind that there is no actual construction on your property.

The Structures arrive at your location already assembled. This allows for a fast installation without the typical noise and mess associated with on-site construction. An additional benefit of the pre-built construction allows for construction standards to be enforced along with the proper pre-delivery inspection. Our highly trained staff will perform assembly, usually in less than one day when site conditions dictate.

Our special equipment truck delivers the Structures. Access to the area where the structure will be located (set-up) must be provided for the delivery vehicle. A site visit will survey your property before ordering.

Delivery charges are included within our normal delivery area. Charges outside our normal delivery area, are based on distance from the assembly point, (Pennsylvania), size, and how many units can be shipped to the area for other customers.

Generally two-five weeks depending on the season.

There is a one-year structural warranty provided with each Structure. It has been our experience that warranty service is rarely necessary. Generally if there is a problem that requires warranty repairs, the problem will be noticed within the first year. After the first year we gladly assist in minor repairs free of charge.
